**What You’ll Do**

– Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
– Manage content calendars across multiple channels (email, social media, website)
– Build and maintain marketing funnels (awareness → conversion → retention)
– Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to align messaging
– Lead A/B testing, creative iteration, and performance reporting
– Implement CRM and automation workflows (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
– Monitor trends and competitor strategies; propose initiatives proactively
– Present campaign insights to the team with clarity and strategic direction

**What We’re Looking For**
This role is perfect for someone ambitious, data-driven, and entrepreneurial. You’re not just running campaigns—you’re building the engine.

– 2–4 years experience in digital or performance marketing
– Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and email marketing tools
– Comfortable with analytics, funnel metrics, and growth loops
– Excellent copywriting and communication skills
– Experience with marketing strategy and brand positioning is a huge plus
– Bonus: Experience building teams, hiring freelancers, or managing vendors
– Even better: Startup experience, side hustle success, or personal projects
